The health of Gordon Baptist Church can be seen in the generosity of those who partner here in God's mission. We love to give as part of our worship which helps resource the church and make a difference in the lives of others. We desire to be generous in all of life towards our church family and others in need, living as good managers of all God gives us.

Tell those rich in this world’s wealth... to go after God, who piles on all the riches we could ever manage— to do good, to be rich in helping others, to be extravagantly generous. If they do that, they’ll build a treasury that will last, gaining life that is truly life.
— 1 Timothy 6:17-19 (MSG)

How to Give

General Offerings (not tax-deductible)

General offerings go toward the vision of our church community. Everything we do at Gordon Baptist is funded by our local congregations. Part of our budget is directed to a variety of good causes in Australia and Overseas. We also encourage people to give directly to worthwhile organisations who are doing good in our world.

Credit Card / Direct Debit

iGive allows one-off or recurring giving by VISA, MasterCard or Direct Debit (without any fees). Gordon Baptist's iGive no. is 11511.

Internet Banking

Our bank account details are:

Account Name: Gordon Baptist Church
BSB: 704922
Account: 100012652

Cash / Cheque

You can also donate each week via cash or cheque (made payable to Gordon Baptist Church) in the offering bags at Sunday services.  If you would like to be supplied with a 12 month set of weekly offering envelopes, please email the Church Office.  The envelopes are dated but otherwise unmarked so donors remain anonymous.

Building Fund (not tax-deductible)

Gifts to the Building Project may be made at any time.  Either:

  • ELECTRONICALLY by Credit Card or Direct Debit via GiveWay,

  • BANK TRANSFER into account details above, with 'Building Fund' in the description, or

  • CASH/CHEQUE in Sunday offering in an envelope marked ‘Building Project’—this will ensure that only the Church Treasurer will open them.
